In an effort to meet your needs and respond to any¬† issues, we have added a link to our website, www.MyRentalList.com, under the Tenant Services tab titled, “Submit a Complaint”.

When clicking on this link, you are encouraged to voice any concerns or issues – whether that be with your unit, another tenant, maintenance charges, or one of our team members. Once filled out and sent, one of our team members will respond within 24 hours, or the next business day if the request was submitted over the weekend.
